Citroen 2.0 HPI Fuel pressure regulator

New fuel pressure regulator Citroen C5 2.0 HPI from F5R Team. If the engine turns off after warming up or goes into limp mode at idle (antipollution fault), it is mostly caused by defect of fuel pressure regulator. 

Replacement for 1920CK, Siemens S-5102-01. 

The fuel pressure regulator F5R Team (UE116111PL) has been manufactured from the high quality materials ensuring long term trouble-free operation (valve made of tungsten carbide)

Regulators may come in different colors depending on the current PVD process.

🔥Any work on the injection system may only be carried out on a cold engine 🔥

Before pressing the pressure regulator into the rail, dip the regulator head in engine oil. The pressure regulator must click into the seat under finger pressure. This is a condition for the correct positioning of the O-rings and the tightness of the system.

Adaptation procedure
After starting the engine, leave it at idle speed until the radiator fan turns on. While warming up, increase the engine speed from time to time. Wait until the fan turns off and turn off the engine.
In case of problems, it is necessary to connect the diagnostic device and check working parameters. If the pressure drops under load, the high pressure pump should be checked.

Due to the high pressure, the injection system can only be leaked when the engine is cold. The installation of parts must be in full accordance with the manufacturer's service procedure. We are not responsible for unprofessional installation.
